Property description of Spacious air conditioned duplex apartment with 3 terraces

The apartment is tastefully furnished and has everything you will need for a relaxing holiday. Facing south west, with views across to the Guadiana river and Portugal, the property enjoys a sunny aspect. Costa Esuri is set in a beautiful location surrounded by natural countryside and close to the River Guadiana, the natural border between Spain and Portugal.

Situated on the second floor (without a lift), the apartment has a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher,fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. There is a separate utility area housing the boiler and washing machine. In the spacious lounge there is a TV and DVD player for your entertainment and two leather sofas. French doors lead out onto the furnished balcony with lovely views across to the golf course.

There are 2 bedrooms on the entry level, both with twin beds. Each bedroom has built in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom between the bedrooms. Stairs lead up from the inner hallway to the master bedroom suite. This is a generous sized bedroom with a large double bed, a dressing area with his n her basins and a full en suite bathroom. The apartment is supplied with house linen and towels but please bring your own towels for the beach and pool.


The communal swimming pool is easily reached from the apartment. Set in pretty landscaped gardens there is also a shallow pool especially for children. There is a dedicated parking space for the apartment and the block is in a gated complex very close to the golf course and just a few minutes walk to the club house.

Within walking distance is a mini supermarket selling the essential groceries and daily fresh bread. You can sit outside and enjoy a coffee or a glass of beer. The golf club house with its bar, restaurant, driving range and pro shop, has various activities and events throughout the year. There is a fantastic terrace overlooking the 18th hole of the West golf course which is the perfect place to sit and watch the sun set over the Guadiana river and Portugal in the distance.

This lovely property is less than 10 minutes drive from the charming town of Ayamonte where there is a good choice of boutique shops, tapas bars and great fish restaurants. The stunning beaches of Isla Canela (Spain) and the Portuguese beaches of Monte Gordo or Praia Verde are only 12km from Costa Esuri. Here you will find some of the best beaches on the coastline with wide golden sands gently shelving into the sea. Portugal is an easy 10 minute drive across the suspension bridge dividing Spain from its neighbour. Or why not take the ferry instead from the quayside at Ayamonte over to the bustling Portuguese town of Villa Real, well known for beautiful bed linen. There are also river trips and cruises available.

For non golfers, Costa Esuri is only an hour or so from the historic city of Seville, 30 minutes from Huelva and the Christopher Columbus replica ships, and close to the famous Doñana National Park , a mecca for bird watchers. Whatever your interest there are plenty of activities and places to visit for the whole family. There are Roman ruins at Ithica to explore, just North of Seville and a theme park of Isla Magica is on the outskirts - a great day out for kids of all ages. Nearer to home are the waterpark (open in high season) and the go karting track (open all year) at Cartaya (approx 25 mins away). Across the bridge into Portugal and in less than an hour you are in the central Algarve with waterparks, Zoo Marime theme park etc.

Costa Esuri is easily reached from Faro or Seville airports, both accessed by the IP 1 motorway which links Spain and Portugal. Low cost airlines fly to both Seville airport (90 mins drive away) and Faro airport (45mins drive away). Car hire from both airports is well organised and reasonably priced. Transfers can be arranged if required - please ask for details.

We would recommend that a car is essential to get the most from your holiday in this beautiful region of southern Spain.Within a couple of minutes walk of the townhouse is a mini supermarket selling essential groceries and daily fresh bread. A booking is confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost.
Full payment is due six weeks before departure date. If you book the accommodation within six weeks of departure, then full payment is due at the time of booking.
A fully refundable security deposit of 200 euros is required when you pay the final balance. Once we have received confirmation from the management company that the property has been left in good order, this will be returned to you promptly.
Payment can be made by bank transfer.
